If you are looking for a great, central venue in Dartmouth to hold your party or celebration then The Flavel is ideal. 

• Costs – room hire in The Studio from only £12 per hour! Main Hall from £150 for the whole evening.
• Capacity – We can accommodate up to 30 people in The Studio, where there are tables, chairs and facilities for making refreshments. The Main Hall can accommodate 100 guests seated or 180 unseated.  Here we have 10 large round tables and plenty of seats so that everyone can be seated in comfort and with plenty of space to move around.
• Children's parties - we are also a great place for a children's party - why not have a film show in the main hall and hire the Studio for a meal?
• Access – We have full disabled access at the front of the building and a lift which serves all floors of The Flavel so there should be no issues of access for anyone who wants to come to your event.
• Decoration – You can decorate The Studio or Main Hall to fit in with your celebration.  We can advise the best way of doing this and our staff will work with you to make sure this is set up with minimum fuss.
• Catering Facilities - We have a fully-equipped kitchen for you to use or for outside caterers, including the use of the Green Room for preparation.  We also have some tableware, cutlery and glasses.  Because our staff are all local we can help you find a caterer.
• Bar Facilities - Our great bar is well stocked but you can choose to bring your own alcohol (there is a corkage fee for this) if you prefer.  If you want something served from the bar that we do not stock we can arrange to bring it in especially for you.  Bar staff are included in the cost of hire.   For a small extra cost we can organise for a late licence so that your party does not need to end too early!
• Entertainment - Most people want to have bands or discos for their parties; we have facilities for both, including use of our theatre lights in the Main Hall.  Here the raked seating goes back flat against the wall allowing plenty of room for dancing the night away. We can arrange entertainers for children's parties too...
• Equipment Hire – If you require microphones for any speeches we have them available.  If required we can also provide a technician to help (there is a small extra cost for these services)
• Flexibility – We are always willing to be flexible here at The Flavel.  Let us know your request, if we can help we certainly will.
• Unique – The Flavel is a great venue for people who want to have a great party in a relaxed atmosphere with minimal hassle in the planning stages.  Everything is in one place for you and our central location makes for easy access for local guests as well as guests travelling from a distance.   Our staff are incredibly dedicated and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great party.
