Whatever the size of your business, The Flavel has something to offer you.

• Meetings – Our Green Room and Studio are both ideal venues for meetings, staff training and interviews, offering privacy and convenience whether your meeting is for four people or forty. We have a flipchart, wifi access in The Studio and several plug in internet points through the building.
• Facilities – The Flavel has a well-stocked bar which is available all day and also a cafe on site which can provide tea, coffee and food during business hours.  Our kitchen is available for cold drinks, tea, coffee or snacks, and The Studio also has tea and coffee facilities.
• Presentations – The main auditorium is great for presentations and seminars large and small.  We have
• Professional lighting
• Full PA System with hand held microphones  & stands and lapel microphones
• Laptop linked to our digital cinema screen
• Projector for Powerpoint linked to our digital cinema screen
• Lecterns
• Raked seating for up to 200 people.
• Tables and chairs so the auditorium can be arranged to suit your event
• Small Trade Shows – We have had several successful small trade shows and ‘event weekends’ at The Flavel over the years.  We can accommodate up to 40 small stands and can offer the building for hire for one day shows, as well as shows that span several days.  There is a cafe open in the building during business hours and we have a bar for refreshments if your event goes on into the evening.
• Access – We have full disabled access at the front of the building and a lift which serves all floors of the The Flavel so there should not be any access issues.
• Costs – Often small businesses find meeting rooms can be prohibitively expensive but our room hire starts from just £8 per hour for the Green Room, from £12.50 per hour for the Studio or £17 per hour for the Auditorium.  There are extra costs for staff setting up time, equipment use and hire but these are minimal.  Why not call us and ask us for a quote for the event or meeting you want to hold?  From your AGM to a quarterly meeting, we can offer something for everyone.
