Welcome to the Flavel Box Office

Cinema

Cinema tickets will be on sale typically for a month before the start of the films run. Tickets are then available to purchase from the box office or via the website.

Most cinema showings have allocated seating.

Events

Events tickets will be on sale between 2 weeks to 4 months before an event. Details will appear on the website events pages as and when tickets are available for booking.

Most live Events will have pre allocated seating, (unless specified), if you have a preference for where you would like to sit (e.g. Aisle) please state this when booking over the phone, to enable us to meet your request, where possible.

Orange Wednesday

This offer can be obtained anytime after 3pm on Tuesday. Text the word 'film' to the number 241 and you will recieve a pin number which will entitle you to a free ticket. You can buy your tickets over the phone quoting your pin number but will be charged a £1 booking fee. Orange Wednesday's cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer (e.g The Movie Meal Deal or Free Drink if you buy a ticket in advance).

Free Drink Offer

Free drink at the Flavel Bar when you purchase two cinema tickets 24 hours in advance. The voucher will entitle the bearer to the cheaper of any two drinks free when redeemed at the Flavel Bar, up to 30 minutes before any evening performance. The voucher is only valid with two tickets for the evening's film purchased in a single transaction online, by phone or at the box office at least 24 hours in advance. Over 18's only, not available in conjunction with any other offer.
