Mark Steel comes to Dartmouth, to explain why he is here to save civilisiation!  Find out why he does not want every high street in Britain to be chillingly identical, but still wants to see cards in post office windows and shops called 'It must be Stolen!'
Based on his award winning BBC radio 4 series, it is a celebration of the quirks of small-town life.
